Business Requirements

• Added more business requirements to the blue print document. Determined that there should not be a textual requirement added to the BRS unless it is required by the visual use case.

Major Accomplishments

Schedule is a little more accurate, and should be fine until we find out how long it actual took to create BRS final version. BRS is in good shape and contains a lot of good requirements, however we have a few that will be added as we talk with more PAETEC Stakeholders. We had a talk with Scott from PAETEC about GWT and how to use it. The team now feels comfortable with GWT enough that the risks associated with it will be reduced.

Concerns/Risks

• Spread out meetings with more stakeholders could hold up the BRS from being finalized and push back design several weeks.
